What Causes Hair Loss From Scalp Inspite Of Having Cortisone Shots?

I need a Internal doctor and or a dermatology doctor! I am going bald at the top of my head. My hair has been failing out from the root and getting thinner since I had my son in 2000. It was a natural vaginal birth, no meds. I am a health 44 year old black women 149 pounds, 5'9''. I have had the cortisone shoots in my scalp. I also had a biopsy of my scalp as well. I've done blood work and a thyroid test! I use Rogaine for woman for about 5 years and hair vitamin's with biotin. I use the Ovasion Hair Treatment Product line on my hair. I shampoo 1 once a week. My scalp itches continually, clean or dirty. To make matters worse. I am a license master cosmetologist in the state of XXXXXXX for over 23 years. So, I have seen all types of hair disorders! However, none quit like my own. I can tell that the hair is still growing. However, as soon as it comes out of the scalp, it quickly falls out. I have been thinking of trying the Red Laser Cape treatment. It advertises that the red LED laser lights penetrate the root of the follicle bring more blood flow to the scalp. How true is that? I would like to know who is the best doctor to visit for hair lost. It has began to effect my self esteem and my career as a stylist! I am desperate for some answers!
