Brief Answer:
Alopecia areata most likely

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

Unfortunately, renal disease has been linked to a condition called alopecia areata which is a patchy hair loss. This can be relieved on its own over a period of a couple of months with regeneration of hair growth.

However, to fasten the recovery you can apply topical corticosteroids and topical Minoxidil lotions.

As for the adrenal spot and the fatigue, I'd request you to please send the reports here to be able to help you further specifically. You can simply upload/attach the reports to the reports section of this web page.

I hope you find this helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
