Brief Answer:
None of these 3 drugs have hair loss listed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.

Non of the drugs that you listed have side effects listed that include hair loss however temporary or permanent hair loss can be caused by several medications, including those for blood pressure problems, diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol. Any drugs that affect the body’s hormone balance can have a pronounced effect: these include the contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy, steroids and acne medications.

Hair loss can have many causes, including fungal infection (tinea capitis), traumatic damage, such as by compulsive pulling (trichotillomania), as a result of radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and as a result of nutritional deficiencies such as iron, and as a result of autoimmune diseases and endocrine dysfunction one of the commonest causes being hypothyroidism.

I would let your dr know about this issue and he can run some blood tests to exclude many of these issues before changing medications around if necessary to see of this problem can be resolved.

i hope this answes yor questions.

best wishes
