Brief Answer:
There no mass, cyst visible in OPG which may be related to swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through OPG image in detail.
There no mass, cyst visible in OPG which may be related to swelling.
Since you have hard palpable swelling, you may also need clinical assessment.
OPG evaluate limited region of face,I suggest for facial CT scan of face for proper evaluation.
Swelling might not be related to tooth, only CT scan can evaluate exact site which is very important for management.

Thank you. Do you think that CBCT-CONE Beam CT at dentist clinic is enough or I need classic CT? And other question is-when bump is in the niveau of roots of other teeth - it must be possible to view on this OPG or not?

Brief Answer:
Choice of CBCT or classical facial CT depend upon clinical evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Choice of CBCT or classical facial CT depend upon clinical evaluation.
CBCT is classically used for dental problem,it is not suitable for other purposes.
If dentist thinks that it is most likely related to dental problem then CBCT can be done otherwise in my opinion facial CT can be done(as OPG is normal).
In your case,OPG appears normal.Even if there is any problem in other teeth roots,it should be seen in OPG.
