Question: i have found, while brushing my teeth, a u shaped stain on the back of my bottom tooth. it's a bit green/dark. i sadly don't always brush my teeth - but i am definitely starting to now every day. i am a smoker. i am scared it is something bad. im 22/female. if i start brushing, flossing and using mouth wash 2 times a day every day from now on will everything be okay? i attached a photo for reference. there seems to be something similar but not as prominent on the tooth next to it.
