What Causes Hard Lump In The Vagina?
Question: If I insert a finger into my vagina I can feel a hard lump smaller that a pea that is underneath the skin on the back vaginal wall. What could this be?

This small structure is most probably a retention cyst of the small glands which is just like a pimple on our face.
