Brief Answer:
Biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Usually polyps are a worrisome sign and are removed to rule out the possibility of a malignancy by doing histopathology to obtain a tissue based diagnosis.

The nodules could be lymphoid tissue or could be a growth. The best way is to get a biopsy done and confirm it on histopathology.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
