Brief Answer:
Lymph node swelling, harmless in most cases

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a submental lymph node.
Some enlargement of the neck lymph nodes can normally occur in normal people also .
However if the lesion continues to increase in size or is associated with any pain or discomfort ,then a short course of oral antibiotics or anti inflammatory agents might be required .
