Erectile dysfunction , keeping in mind your age and scenario, is most likely to be due to performance anxiety. Sex therapy, behavioral cognitive therapy and psycho therapy are novel methods which can help you to get rid of performance anxiety and improve overall sexual functioning and interaction between you and your partner. These should be tried before going for medication.

If despite the above the problem persists, then secondary causes such as Diabetes, Hypertension, spine compression/traumatic injury, hormonal deficiencies should be screened for. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided. The medications that you are using should also be looked at to see if they have any association with ED.

If none of the secondary causes are present and anxiety or depression is diagnosed as the precipitating cause then SSRIs can be advised. Tadalafil can be advised for erectile dysfunction.

As far as the dryness is concerned, emollients can be advised and typical lichen planus lesions or other infective focus should be looked for. Atopic dermatitis should also be looked up. It would be a better idea to consult a dermatologist in this regard as an image is not available.
