What Causes Head Spinning And Dizziness?

Question: my head has been spinning all day since noon today and I have been felling dizzy. I dont know what is wrong with me.I have eating and drank water help please.

It looks like you have a middle ear infection. However to come to a better conclusion I need more information

1. Is there any ringing in the ear?
2. Have you had cough or cold recently ?
3. Do you have headache as well?
4. Does it become more when you change positions or move your head ?
5. Any history of fever and vomiting ?

I dont have anything else other than just a headache. It does get worse depends on how im layout ng or if im moving around. I noticed it when I got to work. I couldn't move around with the kids at School. I work in the schools with the kids. it felt like I was goin to fall several times today.

It looks like you have a middle ear infection. This is how you should go about it

1. Do not drive or be around sharp instruments
2. Avoid heights
3. Tab Betahistine taken three times a day is the ideal drug for your giddiness. Please appraoch your physician to check your blood pressure and sugars before starting this drug
4. Do not turn or move in sudden and fast motions
5. Most of the times it takes about a week's time for this to slowly settle down
