Brief Answer:
transmitted via saliva, contaminated water or stool

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

H pylori worsens the symptoms associated with reflux or peptic ulcer disease.
This means that it would be associated with the typical reflux symptoms- bloating, burning abdominal pain, nausea.
Loss of appetite can if the above symptoms are severe or unresponsive to treatment

It would not be associated with headaches but if you are in significant discomfort from the reflux symptoms, it is possible that you may have a headache due to stress from the illness

It can be spread through saliva from one person to the other and also from the use of contaminated water or food.

It is treated with a cocktail of antibiotics and reflux medication if it is detected on testing.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
