Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.
Headache is quite common and has many causes, with tensive type and migraine being the most common cause. Facial pain or abnormal sensation are typically monolateral and not associated with the position. If associated with headache one can think of sinusitis. You just need a ct scan to diagnose or rule out such possibility.
Ear ringing bilaterally is unusual for sinusitis, though it can happen. It is more common unilateral and has several causes with most of them being peripheral, meaning originating ftom the ear or the surroundings.
So, basically, I would first consult an ENT to rule out sinusitis and ear problems, then I would consult a Neurologist.
But, since the symptoms are vague, I would not worry.
Hope this helps. Wish you good health.
