Brief Answer:
Life Style problems. Simple steps to leading a healthy life.

Detailed Answer:

Dear XXXXXX,

Hi! You have specifically mentioned in your query that you get__
1. Headaches.
2. Acidity.

And that these health problems are occurring at least twice a week, for quite some time now.

I will directly answer your question by starting with the symptom of acidity that you experience. Acidity can be caused by several factors, the most common of these is indigestion. If you have a vulnerable (weak) stomach, and you eat foods of low nutritional values (junk food), this can cause acidity. As a Doctor, I feel that your acidity is perhaps caused by lifestyle issues. Maybe you might want to send me a list of details about your acidity.

I'd like you to answer certain questions about your acidity.
1. Does your acidity come on strongly before or after meals?
2. During an "attack" of "acidity", do you experience pain? If so where?
3. Does your "acidity" act up when you have certain types of food?
4. Are you under any emotional stress? or pressure?
5. Do you drink alcohol occasionally? Do you get acid attacks after alcohol drinking?
6. Since when, did your "acidity" begin?

Headaches can be caused by quite a number of different diseases, like migraines, stress and an eyesight issue. Sabitric, the fact of the matter is that all these three common conditions require totally different treatments.I would politely request you to send me more details about your headache,
1. Where exactly does your headache occur? Can you demonstrate it with your hands and fingers
pointing to where the pain starts?
2. Do you feel nausea? (an unpleasant sensation that makes you feel like vomiting)
3. Is the headache secondary to other issues like an event that stresses you?
4. How long does the headache last?
5. Does your vision blur when you get a headache?
6. Do you have any history of other illnesses?

Once we have all the details, we can find out what's causing your illnesses and we can discuss medications. Please do not self medicate by reading websites and forums on the internet. Kindly feel free to ask more questions about your headaches and acidity. Take care of your health.
