Brief Answer:
The strong black coffee could have caused this!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you experienced. I am happy to learn that you are already feeling better. I do hope you continue to feel even more better and return to normal soon.
After reviewing the information you have provided, I am highly suspicious of the coffee being the possible cause of the symptoms. Coffee causes the release of excitatory hormones like adrenaline, noradrenaline, etc which stimulates the various body organs. This on the heart leads to palpitations, rapid heart rate, etc. On the digestive system, this would lead to increase bowel movements, etc. This seems to fall very much in line with the various symptoms that you experienced.
There is no magical pill that would correct this instantly. However, I will advice that you consider taking coffee in moderate volumes so as to avoid similar experiences in future. Stay well hydrated and get some rest and it will all return to normal when the effects of the caffeine wear out.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be. Thanks for using our services.
