Hi Dr. XXXXXXX
thank you to answer my question;
Do you feel tired, breathless, chestpain when you walk?
No. I do regularly exercise swimming and running. The symptom come yesterday and it was the same symptom year ago for few months (from February till may 2013) time to time. This time I noticed considerable change of taste and headache is very strong. I also noticed that I have a lot of gas after eating last two weeks, but headache and change of taste came yesterday . Today I took immodium, and rest and drink a lot of tea, juice and water: headache almost gone, but change of taste is still here. I experience as well the sweating every couple hours today. I feel very uncomfortable and want to stay in the bed.
Last period was 15 days ago, but I was unusually long 10 days (instead of usual 3days). May be it I menopause at least beginning, but why the change of taste and a lot of gas? I also experienced last two month the hemorroidal itch the anti-hemorroidal capsul containing phenylephrine HCl- every night.
I also take supplement as protein shake with glucosamine.
Brief Answer:
Can be cardiac origin with gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam.
I were to do an ECG and measure your blood pressure to rule out any cardiac problem at the first place as soon as possible .Headache can sometimes present as the first symptom of raise pressures.Pain abdomen, unpleasant sensation can sometimes present with cardiac problem(atypical presentation).
Loss of taste, pain abdomen are suggestive of gastroenteritis.I were to examine and start on anti-reflux medication and course of antibiotics.Since both the conditions can be present at the same time I would thoroughly evaluate and manage accordingly.
Hope this answers your query.
