I am having some ear pain but no swelling, my eyes do not hurt except in bright light. As far as sleeping, it would be good if the pain in my head didn't wake me up. I don't feel particularly weak just don't want to do anything because movement hurts. I can turn my head side to side but it hurts when I bow it forward or worst yet look up.

Meet your ENT doctor for evaluation of sinuses and ear.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
