What Causes Headache And Sleeplessness After Alcohol Consumption?

I think yes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Regarding he headache which lasted 72 hours following use of alcohol and was accompanied by insomnia possibility of migraine headache can not be ruled out. We need to understand that alcohol acted as possible trigger and it is possible that if you can avoid alcohol there may not be further episodes immediately. The possibility of migraine is high provided there is family history of migraine or you had similar episodes in past.
Regarding the lump in groin I request you to attach a photo of the affected area and mark it with some marker. This will help me to narrow down the possible etiologies.
I look forward to assist you further.
Thanks and regards.
