Brief Answer:
Apparence of vessels ( absence of signal ) on MRI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Normal flow void is a medical-technical term used to describe characteristic apparence of the vessels ( absence of signal due to turbulence ) on MRI.
It is a normal finding.

So, MRI findings doesn't justify your headaches, in this case, headache may be primary one ( cluster, tension type, migraine ).

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.

I was wondering if what my MRI read would cause headache or the fact that I fell flat on my back banging my head and body on concrete. My head was hurting at time of MRI but now the headaches are worse. I told the nurse practitioner that I had fallen and my head made a bad noise. She said it would take time before my head wand't sore. My husband heard the loud noise. My head hurts to touch it.
My head is sore from the top of my head and down the center of my head in a very small line. Should I request a CT or MRI.
Please let me know. I am having very bad balancing problems.

Brief Answer:
Complete MRI report needed.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for being on follow up.

MRI results you uploaded are incomplete to be sure if there is any structural brain change that may justify any headaches.

The part you wrote down doesn't relate to headaches.

If the MRI was done after hitting the head, there is no need for another one, if the MRI was done prior to head injury, in my opinion a CT scan is necessary.

Hope I helped you.

Greetings.
