Brief Answer:
respiratory infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to HCM. I have gone through your symptoms.

symptoms that you are having is suggestive of respiratory infection, most probably sinusitis. If the amount of sputum is high or blood in the sputum is significant or you have symptoms like fever or shortness of breath, it is better to consult your GP immediately as you might need evaluation.

If it is not that severe, you may try vaporising humid air, hot water intake and anti-histaminic drugs that are available OTC (De-cold). Make sure that the place you work is well ventilated. After 3 days of conservative tips, if you don't see improvement, please consult a physician .

ALL THE BEST.
