What Causes Headache, Ear Pain And Sinus Congestion?
Question: Suffering from sinus congestion, headache & pain in ear area for last 5 days, sinus problems uncommon for me and taking a variety of over the counter but especially using Xclear nasal spray BUT what has me worried the most is bad taste in back of mouth (meds & nasal drainage ?) AND a strange SMELL that only I can sense ?????????..... thank you

Hi,
You seem to have upper nasal congestion which increased pressure in the head. You should immediately start steam inhalation thrice a day that would ease the pressure.
Along with taking over the counter anti histamine like Allegra will help.
A dose of Ibuprofen would relieve a headache.
The smell and taste are because of post nasal discharge. It will be relieved soon.
