Brief Answer:
Depends on the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
Yes it seems like hyperthyroidism (excessive dose) so get your thyroid profile done. Is the 5 kg weight loss due to exercise or thyroid?
Anyways headache can be for many reasons. If nothing shows up on thyroid profile then a consultation with a neurologist is needed. He may ask for CT scan or MRI brain after examining you.

No thyroid is under control now. It remains under 5 earlier it was 9. And yes its due to exercise. I have too much gastric problem
Brief Answer:
Take antacids
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Actually I was considering high dose of thyroxin that may be causing symptoms. So TSH will be low (maybe too low). If weight loss is due to exercise, then thyroid issue less likely.
For gastric take antacids like digene syrup. If that does not work, please take a course of rabeprazole or omeprazole one tablet daily half an hour before meals for 2-3 weeks. Also take hygienic food and cleaner water to avoid water borne infections.
A persistent headache should be evaluated by a doctor.
