What Causes Headache, Lightheadedness And Nervousness After Chocolate Consumption?
Question: Over the past few weeks, I've noticed that when I ate a bunch of chocolate chip cookies or some kind of "junk food", I get a headache and feel lightheaded and nervous. I am not diabetic and have always been a foodie, enjoying different kinds of food. Just curious if anyone could shed light on this.
If I am consuming too much sugar at once, what is the best way to detox myself?
