What Causes Headache, Nausea And Profuse Sweating?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
I think there was an error above. I ate breakfast an hour before yoga..but during a fold down then reach up exercise I got suddenly sick. I thought it might be food poisoning. So I went light on food. I was better..thought it might be over..had just a vague sense of nausea..after eating a piece of toast this am..it came on again. Just as aggressively..with out folding over -bending over. It is an overwhelming sense of nausea, dizziness, cold sweat and stomach upset and headache. I am not anxious or nervous. I thought possibly food poisoning because I ate 4 day old cooked sausage that morning. But just toast this morning.
Most likely you're having stomach flu.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. I'm Dr Anshul Varshney for your help.
It looks you have developed stomach infection and that is all causing these symptoms.
In such case I'd recommend following:
1. To take a combination antibiotic containing ofloxacin 200 mg and ornidazole 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
2. A combination of Pantoprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 10mg once daily for 5 days.
3. Take soft and blend diet.
4. Avoid refrigerated food, canned food and milk products till you improve.
Please share my opinion with your doctor as these are prescription medicines and should be taken under proper guidance of your doctor.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Regards

Yes, you should
Detailed Answer:
Hi, in case you are allergic to various antibiotics, seek opinion of your doctor before you act upon it.
I would recommend you to take Pantoprazole and Domperidone that should give you symptomatic relief.
Good Luck.
