Brief Answer: I need to find exact cause Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thank you for your query. One sided headache can be due to migraine, temporal arteritis or cluster headache. I need to find the exact cause. Is it pulsating type of headache or constant? Does she have associated nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound? Does she have associated eye pain, double vision or redness? Does she have fever, joint pain and neck stiffness? Does she have pain in tongue or jaw while chewing? Does she have ringing noise in her ears? Does she have a runny or stuffed nose? Is it occurring during her periods? Kindly let me know the answers to these questions so that I can find the exact cause of her headache and then accordingly give correct treatment. Feel free to contact me. Regards.
