The fluctuating temperature and easy fatigability requires that you get your thyroid function tests and complete blood count done to look for any abnormality in the thyroid hormone or any anemia associated with your symptoms. A CRP or ESR should also be done. If there is an elevated TLC in the blood count along with raised ESR/CRP then there could be an infection that is causing these symptoms. Any evident focus of infection can be isolated on the physical exam. The headache and ear ringing can have a number of causes. Kindly answer the following to help you better.
Do you have any ear discharge or ear pain?
Do you have any vertigo or lightheadedness ?
Why did you get treated with 2 liters of I.V fluids ?
