Brief Answer:
Needs detailed work up and may need brain imaging

Detailed Answer:
H! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know about the troubles you have been facing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be simple sinusitis headaches which may be present with upper respiratory tract infection as is explained by the runny nose and rest of the symptoms can be due to malaise or generalised discomfort due to feverish feelings. It can even be stress headaches which may present like this But having mentioned these benign conditions, such symptoms can't and should be ignored as these may be the early signs of brain infection like meningitis or encephalitis. You need to be examined in detail by your GP neurologically to look for specific signs. Also eye examination of your eye fundus (the inner most area) through a portable fundoscopy to look for indirect signs of increased pressures inside the brain and some blood work like complete blood picture and inflammation markers like ESR and CRP may be needed. If any of the warning signs are picked on examination or symptoms persist, brain imaging may also be needed including CT scans or MRI. Hope the things will not be that worse but keep in view the relations of such symptoms, these can't be ignored as such. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used for symptomatic relief. Hope this turns out to be something benign. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
