2000 IU of vitamin D3 per day should be enough. Try to increase sun exposure (unless you have serious reasons not to). 10 minutes every day during the 'hot' hours of the day (12:00 to 14:00) should be enough. Remember that clothes and sunscreen won't allow the ultraviolet radiation act on your skin, so wearing a T-shirt is advised.
