What Causes Headache While Bending And Coughing Post A Cardiac Catheterization?
Question: My head hurts when I bend over or cough or sneeze. This has been going on for 2 years now. This symptom is non existent in morning, but becomes more prevalent as the day goes on and is much worse later in the day. If I lay down for an hour , it gets better. If I go sleep it goes away. It started right after I had a heart catheterization. I don't have heart problems. (The heart XXXXXXX was an over reaction to EKG.) I have been to a Neurologist and had an MRI of my brain with contrast and they found nothing. I have been to an ENT doctor who found nothing.

Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible sinusitis.
I know that you have been to a ENT SPECIALIST.
Yet , I think that explains the symptoms best.
Can you upload the mri report.
Did the ENT specialist run an X ray?
please respond for further information.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Reports seen
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have seen the reports.
I was hoping that the radiologist would have reported on the sinuses.
That is not done.
I still suggest testing a x ray PNS waters view.
Start steam inhalation 4 times a day,
warm saline gargles 4 times a day, multivitamins once a day.
Let me know the reports. Check out the Blood Pressure as well.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal
