What Causes Headache With Heaviness In The Eyes?
Question: Feeling headache upper part of head and heaviness behind eyes from last 2 days. Took one allergy medication earlier.

It seems to be sinus issue. Just take easy breathe steam inhalation twice daily for 4 days.
You can take tab Hifenac if headache is severe.
Avoid citrus fruits and juices.
Have adequate sleep,Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litres per day.

I also feel sensitivity to bright light as well.

It typical migraine. Photophobia(sensitivity to light) which you described is typical symptom of migraine.
Take hifenac if headache persists.
If you have nausea or vomiting take emeset 8mg i tab.
Practice yoga regularly.Avoid stress,extreme temperatures,fatty diet,carbonated drinks,tea etc.
