What Causes Headaches After Working On The Computer For Long Hours?

From last Friday I am suffering from Headache. This is maybe due to tremendous pressure for a month at office. Also as it is a IT company I need to sit infront of laptop for long hours.
computer vision syndrome and headache.
Detailed Answer:
First you should go for refraction. Second indication is computer vision syndrome. This occurs due to dry eye and another is developed due to glaring look at computer , lack of blinking.Which prevents tear film spread. This results in dry eye and corneal errosion. For this you have to reduce your computer using hour and take antiglare specks and you can fit an anti glare screen before computer. In between take break and roam inside the room, go near window and look out side. Apply refresh eye tear drop 3 to4 times in between. If in result of refraction there is an error detected then take correct specs. Discuss with IT company and get some modification.Since it is a work hazard take a break or rescedule your working hour.

Thanks for your answer.
1) I have antiglare specs of Crisal Lens
2) Yes I take breaks
3) Refraction has already been checked of glasses and it is perfect as confirmed by Doctor
4) Apply tap water for 5-6 times a day.
apply artificial tear drop as suggested. water will not be a tear substitute.
Detailed Answer:
It is nice that you have clarified on certain points. Tap water will not be a substitute of tear. Apply artificial tear as suggested. It is good that you take break but ensure enough blinking so that tear film spreads. Change your focus to out side and look at greenery. Install antiglare screen in front of computer screen.
