Brief Answer:
Common flu or fatigue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Two conditions should be evaluated as possible causes of your symptoms:

- common flu, you need to measure your body temperature every two hours.

- lowering of blood pressure, or blood sugar levels, if you experienced fatigue, insomnia, stress, or used substances (alchohol eg.) last days.

In both cases rest for a couple of days, Paracetamol use and good fluids intake should help improve your symptoms.

If symptoms persist after a couple of days, you should consider consulting your primary care Doctor and have a medical condition evaluation.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Take care.
