Brief Answer:
Adverse effects of drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Since CT and MRI resulted normal, you should not be worried about any serious condition that may cause your issues.

In my opinion, your symptoms especially headaches are caused by drugs you use as adverse effects in combination with anxiety and stress disorder.

In conclusion, don't worry about anything serious, deal with the anxiety, healthy lifestyle and good control of blood pressure and you will feel much more better.

Hope I helped you.

I remain at your disposal for further assistance.

Take care.
