Question : I'm 51. diabetic and have high blood pressure. I have an extreme head ache. and numb jaw. stiff neck and numb also. pain left side of my chest scale of 1-10 8.

As per the details given by you i would suggest you to go to the nearest emergency department and get your cardiac enzymes trop T and trop I checked up.
2d echo should be done to rule out myocardial infarction.
All your symptoms are suggestive of Angina.
Basically you are having classical features of angina.
