What Causes Headaches On Right Side And Sharp Pain Behind Ear?

CT/MRI in consult with a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The description of your headache as per your history requires further workup. Serious causes such as tumors, glaucoma, temporal arteritis etc should be ruled out. Blood pressure should also be checked for.
Headaches that are worsened or induced by Coughing, lifting or bending are classically associated with posterior fossa lesions and tumors.
A neurological exam could tell if there are any focal neurologic deficits that may warrant a CT or MRI, especially if the headaches are occurring more than 3 times per month despite adequate treatment / prophylaxis for migraines.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
thanks
