Brief Answer:
Check XXXXXXX and thyroid function at first;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully your concerns.

I would suggest first of all to check the dose of hydrocortisone and levothyroxine, you take respectively for XXXXXXX and Hashimoto disease.

A detailed clinical examination (weight changes, blood pressure etc), electrolytes and TSH level would help to confirm that their dose is the right one.

The annual control you do for breast carcinoma and endometriosis should be done ( if it is the time to do).

Estradiol and progresterone should be checked also to be sure that there is no deep deficiency with the actual dose.

So, clinical examination, blood tests and radiological examinations is the way you need to follow.
Hope the information will help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
