What Causes Headaches?
Question: Why do i get so many headaches? Im starting to think something is wrong with me.

I also have a very bad memory, ringing in my ears (which could be from headphones), and get a headache almost everyday. I thought it was from stress before, but lately i haveny really been that stressed. Sometimes it feels like a sharp pain in my head, but lately its been more like my head just wants to explode. This has been going on for years.

As I said routine examination and investigation is necessary to reach proper diagnosis.

1. Blood pressure, as hypertension is the commonest cause of headche.
2. Routine blood test.
3. Eye sight refraction and fundus examination to ruled ot papilloedema.
4. CT scan and MRI.
All investigation can help to find out any vascular cause if any.
If all are come normal then no need to worry.
Major severe etiology can be ruled out by above mentioned investigation.
Stress and anxiety cause tension type headache.
Tension headache is chronic and mild in intensity.
It can affect facial muscles also.
It can be treated with mild dose of amphetamine along with anxiolytic medicines.
But do take advise from your treating doctor before taking any medicine.
Migraine has young onset / episodic / throbbing in nature / unilateral / associated with nausea and vomiting.
