Brief Answer:
It seems to be Acid reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It is normal that after an intervention and after have used different class of drugs for the procedure or have start taking them after it (low dose aspirin as a blood thinner) you might have increased production of stomach acid that moves up into esophagus (acid reflux ) causing heartburn, burping etc.

Don't need to worry. In my opinion is just Acid reflux.
With some lifestyle changes and if needed a treatment you will be fine.

-You should avoid foods that trigger the reflux (fatty foods, spicy foods, chocolate, caffeine etc).
-Eat smaller meals and try not to overeat
-Get enough sleep and minimize stress
-Wait three hours after eating before you lie down
-Elevate the head of your bed 6-8 inches .

Over-the-counter antacids are commonly used to neutralize stomach acid.
If heartburn symptoms persist, you can use drugs called proton pump inhibitors to reduce the stomach's production of acid. These include esomeprazole (Nexium), lansoprazole (Prevacid), pantoprazole (Protonix). Some of these are available over-the-counter.

If your symptoms are relieved by these measures then the diagnosis is Acid reflux.
If your heartburn is not influenced by these measures or it get worse then you should consult your treating doctor and discuss this with him.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify,I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
