What Causes Heart Burns And Right-sided Cramping After Sexual Intercourse?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Heart burn and cramps following sex unlikely to be due to STD
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had mentioned that you had cramps on right side following sex. But not mentioned where exactly in your body you had cramps. Is it over thigh or below knee or elsewhere? Cramps like feeling following orgasm is common and it would be relieved within 10-30 minutes.
Heart burn is unlikely to be directly to sex act or not a symptom for any STD. But as you had mentioned if the sex act ended without going for an orgasm (your partner withdrew before ejaculation) some would experience heart burn like feeling.
But these are not anything serious. Your future sex life would not necessarily be unpleasant.
