Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that Since you are suffering from hyperthyroidism it is essential for you to take propranolol as it controls the heart rate and stop the palpitations . Until and unless the thyroid function come back to normal these palpitations will occur so get in touch with your treating doctor for the control of hyperthyroid , get your thyroid functions done . You will require carbimazole for controlling your thyroid functions .
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
If you are taking levothyroxine that means you are suffering from hypothyroidism not hyperthyroidism Then there is a possibility that since you are suffering from high BP that is the cause for arrythmias . You will need to see a cardiologist for this and ECG and ECHO will be required . In hypothyroid patients hair loss is very common plus there is a possibility looking at your age that you will be menopausal so that may also lead to it .
