What Causes Heart Palpitation And High BP?
discuss one more drug addition, Ecg and electrolyt
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I can understand you have a problem of palpitations, your BP recordings are suggestive of hypertension, and tachycardia. There is clear evidence of your hypertension being not under control, even with medications.
Racing heart may be suggestive of episodes of arrhythmias, that is an irregular cardiac rhythm. It could be due to various reasons, most common being a primary cardiac condition and electrolyte imbalance.
I suggest an urgent ECG and electrolytes levels.
I would suggest a cardiologist consultation and discuss adding one more class of anti hypertensive to control hypertension.
An associated pain in chest is an adverse indication, presence of diabetes and renal problem will increase the risk.
Kindly consult a cardiologist soon.
welcome for further queries.
