Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to the physical effort.
You should know that it is quite normal for blood pressure to get high after masturbation or sexual activity.
But, as you are not feeling OK, I would recommend reduce the frequency of masturbating, because these spikes in blood pressure can cause harm to your blood vessels.
Performing a lot of physical activity (walking, recreational sports, etc.) and reducing salt intake will help normalize your blood pressure even during these episodes.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
