What Causes Heart Palpitations And Anxiety?

Following advice...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
It's normal to feel palpitations when you get out of bed in the morning. This is caused and/or aggravated by the following factors:
- Increased adrenaline release in the early hours of the morning by adrenal gland.
- Changing abruptly the body position, from a laying to a standing position, is associated with an increased frequency of premature heart beats (extra cardiac beats) which is intercepted as palpitations.
- Anxiety and stress.
If you were my patient I would recommend as follows:
- Avoid standing up to fast from your bed. Stay in a sitting position for 2-5 minutes before standing up from bed. This will help you to make a gradual transition from laying down to a standing up position.
- Take Magnesium reach supplements. This will help you to relieve anxiety.
- Use chamomile tea
- Avoid unnecessary stress
- Avoid consuming caffeine, chocolate, energy drink etc.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
