Brief Answer:
fibromyalgia
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
Well the symptoms you are experiencing look due to drug withdrawal.since you have been on long term. Topiflam it would have controlled the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Dulane s action still will take around 2 to 3 weeks to kick in before you can feel the difference.
I would suggest you restart tolperidone again and slowly taper it than abruptly stop. Once dulanes affect is there you can go off it
Do let me know for more queries. Would be happy to help you out

Hello.thanks I m still taking one toficam so should I take it twice.one more thing here my MD says to take beta blocker and he has prescribed LN BETA 2.5 what do you suggest pl adviceXXXX
Brief Answer:
/beta blocker
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Well, For now i would suggest you go back on Toficam 50 mg twice daily, then slowly reduce it to Alternate day Regime( one day you take 2 tablets and one day single tablet) and after a week make it one tablet and stop it after one more week. You can try LN beta. It is a beta blocker but helps in apprehension and palpitations. However if you get benefit from increasing Toficam itself, you need not take it.
Do let me know for more queries
