What Causes Heart Palpitations, Sweating, Nausea, Tiredness And Light-headed Feeling?

Question: Hi there, I've not had my period since the start of July, im having episodes of what feels like my heart racing, sweats, and light headed with some nausea and tiredness. Negative pregnancy test and episodes aren't all the time. Can you help?Thanks
