What Causes Heart Palpitations?
Question: I occasionally experience mild heart palpitations. Twice now they've been noticeably stronger at a workplace I don't usually visit. Is it possible there's something in the environment here--air, carpet, etc--causing it? (I'm not feeling any more stress than normal in this place, so I'm looking for an external cause.)
Brief Answer:
Run cardiac tests first...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns.
I would suggest to run further cardiac tests first to evaluate your heart condition:
- EKG
- Holter monitoring
- cardiac ultrasound.
If everything is ok, then, could be due to possible allergens at the workplace you do not usually visit. In this case, I advise to avoid visiting that place.
Hope it answered to your query! Please let me know if you have further queries!
