Question: Last night and this morning I experienced feelings of intense heat in right groin, at about 10/12 minute intervals.

Heat sensation in groin is an unusual symptom to be found alone, so, is there any skin change on that area, or is there any blood vessel(s) enlarged on that that area too?
Urinary infection, periodic partial blockage of blood vessels, pinched nerve, all these conditions may be related to distorted sensation in groin area.
