Question: I am experiencing heaviness in my chest, congestion for about 10 days, I feel my heart fluttering, headache. Could there be something wrong with my heart?

Sometimes there is bronchitis or tracheaitis along with congestion, it can cause heaviness in chest, and any infection can cause heartbeats.
I would advise you to measure your temperature, if you have high temperature or your complaints are severe, see a doctor. Then along with other examinations, ECG is desirable.
