Hi,
I have gone through your answers and your symptoms does not point to any specific cause, provided your test reports were done recently.
But to rule out any bad scenario, I would suggest it best to get a routine ECG done so as to look for any impending heart conditions.
Look out for symptoms like severe chest pain, associated blackout, chest pain radiating to the left arm and neck, occurring on doing some activity.
This symptom can also arise due to any underlying stress or anxiety. If so, talk it out with your partner or if you need any external help, you can always consider the option of approaching any doctor nearby.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
