Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
For exact diagnosis to be made get your morning blood pressure to be checked, xray of cervical spine in AP and Lateral view done and send me the reports.
All this may be due to increase blood pressure and cervical nerve compression.
Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Avoid activities that cause flexion of neck.
I hope it helps.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
