What Causes Heaviness In The Chest Despite Having Normal BP?

Question: My heart has been beating heavier the last four days in my chest. Not faster, but just slightly heavier. It's not painful but it is noticeable. It's like a palpitation but not showing any other symptoms. No shortness of breath, no irregular beating, no pre-heart attack signs. I'm fine except for the heavier beating feeling. I've had this before but never for this length of time. And it seems to come and go. I got diagnosed with high blood pressure last year and have been on lisinopril/hydrochlorothyazide (20 mg). I thought that might be it but my blood pressure has been normal. Just took it and it was 130 over 90.
Brief Answer:
Anxiousness
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
What is the heart rate or pulse?
You seem to be more anxious than you should be.
Cool down now. your blood pressure is pretty normal and under good control. I suggest you to track down some calming down techniques and practice them. You should get proper sleep now.
I suggest a hot water shower, slowly breathing in and out and may be a switch on to a comedy channel and enjoy the show.
I think you are too much noticing your heart beat. If a person starts to listen to the heart beating heavily we generally put him on calming drugs but they are not needed when you can practice some relaxation techniques.

Doctor, sorry but it's not anxiousness. This is not psychosomatic. My heartrate has been around 92 the entire time. Is there anything else it could be please?
